Who is GEM Motoring Assist?

GEM Motoring Assist is a members’ motoring and road safety organisation based in the UK. Our aim is to keep our members on the move… whether that’s through our breakdown recovery service or our motoring and road safety expertise. 

We provide award-winning, refreshingly simple and straightforward breakdown recovery and we pride ourselves on the personal service we provide our members, from the moment they join to recovering them on the roadside.

Established in 1932, we've been going for 90 years! Since then, times have changed, but our values remain untouched. We still pride ourselves on going the extra mile to look after our members and keep them safe on the roads. We have a long-standing heritage, yet we are forward-thinking and striving to improve.

Working for GEM Motoring Assist

Our spacious Head Office is in Forest Row, East Sussex and our friendly Member Services team is based here along with our Accounts, Operations and Management teams. In the local area we have several places to grab a bite to eat or go for a lunchtime walk nearby. 

There are many reasons why GEM Motoring Assist is a great place to work and we know there will be things that are important to you too.
